These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pk6 ("pk6", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk6.bio. By accessing or using any part of the pk6 platform — including sports betting, casino games, slots, crash games, and any other services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all players accessing pk6 from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction where use of the platform is permissible. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of pk6 complies with the laws applicable in your location, including those in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and all other cities and regions across Pakistan.
You may only open and use a pk6 account if you satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
pk6 may request documentation at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
To access the full functionality of pk6, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful.
One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active pk6 account. Attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms. pk6 will close all duplicate accounts and may void any balances or winnings associated with them.
Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk6 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pk6 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify pk6 immediately via [email protected].
Know Your Customer (KYC): pk6 operates a KYC process in accordance with its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable documents include government-issued identification, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
Accepted Payment Methods: pk6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk6 does not accept payments from third-party accounts not registered in your own name.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit at pk6 is Rs 200 unless otherwise specified at the time of transaction. Specific promotions may impose different minimum deposit thresholds, which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. pk6 targets withdrawal processing within standard business timeframes, but cannot guarantee specific processing times due to third-party banking or mobile wallet processing delays.
Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your pk6 account settings. pk6 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.
Bonus-Restricted Balances: Balances that include active bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full, as set out in the relevant bonus terms.
pk6 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to these general Terms. The following principles apply across all pk6 promotions:
All sports bets placed on pk6 — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, basketball, and all other covered markets — are subject to pk6's sports betting rules, which are published within the platform and may be updated from time to time.
Casino games offered at pk6 Casino, including live dealer games, slots, table games, and crash titles, are governed by the rules of each individual game. Decisions made by the game system — or by a live dealer in a live casino session — are final and binding.
pk6 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) a technical error has occurred that materially affected the outcome; (b) a bet was placed on a manifest error in odds or game configuration; or (c) suspicious or fraudulent betting patterns are identified. Any winnings derived from voided bets will be removed from your account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk6 platform:
pk6 actively monitors accounts for suspicious behaviour. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pk6 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all associated bets and bonuses, and retain any balance pending investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pk6 platform without the prior written consent of pk6.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk6's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk6 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or winnings resulting from platform unavailability, technical errors, or third-party service failures; (c) losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction; or (d) losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
The pk6 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". pk6 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform at all times.
pk6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms; (b) a legal or regulatory obligation requires it; (c) the account has been flagged for suspicious activity; or (d) you request account closure yourself.
Upon account closure, any funds remaining in your account balance — after deduction of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of pk6 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk6 is incorporated and licensed to operate. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable laws in your own jurisdiction.
pk6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pk6 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of pk6 following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
